Exposure Visit - National and International
CMO frequently organize the Exposure Visit targeting to the different groups and sectors. Exposure visits are organized so that people living in one place and organization can visit another location and organizations to observe and learn from the other organization’s development activities. The purpose of exposure visits is to learn from the experience of others outside your own organization and country also, by direct interaction. Participating participants may be a short distance from one another, or in some cases, in different regions or even different countries. This is highly effective tools to encourage the employees, BODs and targeted groups in your organization.
