Bala Balachandran was involved, at senior policy level, in leadership development, research, consultancy, education, talent management, for more than 45 years in Australia and India. Until his retirement in 2008 from the Australian Taxation Office - ATO [the largest federal government agency in Australia], he had been concurrently acting National CPD Manager/HRD Advisor. In these roles, he was responsible for nationally/regionally planning, coordinating, organizing and managing all professional development activities. Prior to migrating to Australia in 1986, he was with All India Management Association in New Delhi during 1963-86. He held various roles with this institution until he left them as Deputy Director General. He was responsible for over two decades in planning and organsing the prestigious Srinagar Advanced Management Programme, National Management Convention, National Competition for Young Managers since their inception. He was also the secretariat head of AAMO during 1968-71 and organized the Asian Management Conference in 1971 and the World Management Congress in 1978. For the past few years, he is also on marking panel of Australian Society for CPA for “Corporate Strategy & Leadership” paper at their exams. In Nov 2019, he was elected to the Regional Council of Victorian Multicultural Commission. He is a mentor with AMES for the past 7 years to help newly arriving migrants to settle in Australia as well as a mentor at the Leadership Program of Mentorloop. From June 2021, he is also on the Multicultural Advisory Committee of the Knox City Council. He has a BA and MBA from University of Delhi.

Mr. Deependra Bahadur Kshetry is a former Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank of Nepal. Mr. Kshetry began his career in Nepal's central bank in 1976, as deputy superintendent. He graduated, and headed for various departments, including Agricultural Development Bank, and was also an economic adviser in the research department. He became Managing Director of the General Services Department in 2004 and in the Monetary Management Department in 2007. From May to October 2007 he worked for Nepal's National Planning Commission (NPC). In addition, he has had many positions in other institutions. He was among others member of Nepal's National Development Council from 1992 to 1994, chairing the Eastern Rural Development Bank from 1995 to 1996, and a member of the Mid-Western Rural Development Bank from 2002 to 2004. He was also a member of the working group to assess the consequences of Nepal signed up in the WTO in 2004. Kshetry holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Economics and a Bachelor of Law degree from Tribhuvan University, as well as a MA in Agricultural Economics from the University of New England in Australia.
